NOSTOSON provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by email and we’ll be happy to help.

Refund Policy

If the products received are damaged by shipping, and couldn’t work because of the damage, you can get a replacement or refund with the images of the damaged package caused by shipping. After we check, we’ll send you a replacement or refund.

Return Policy

• Returned products must be in sell-able condition and in their original packaging without any missing contents. Damaged or modified products can not be returned.
• Customer need to help package the items and affix the Product Return Label( the return address is on the label, please do not send the products to the original address), and drop the package off at your local post office.
• You will receive an email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.

Shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of defective products.
